I have two buyers now who purchased products from me in the past week. Both paid for the item and when paying left the defult, local pickup, shipping option as their method of shipment. One buyer lives in MO and the other in GA, I live in Ohio. The purchased items are large signs that are pretty expensive to ship. The buyers have not contacted me about pick up and will not respond to the emails I have sent every day this week. How should I handle this situation?

When you look for a job, and it does not say how much. You send the resume anway., When the time you get called, you ask the HR, the refuse to tell you the range, they either want to discuss with you at the interview or they will ask you what you range is. If I give my range too high on the phone, I will lose the job interview, If I give it too low, I will lose the value of my pay. How do you ask for salary range? yes, sure, you may say go to salary.com, but other than that, is there any way you can ask before interview without wasting your time?

As I understand, over time is payed after 40 hours. BUt if you take a vacation day off and you work a total of 42 for that week with the 8 hours of vacation pay, are the 2 hours still considered over time and should they be paid as time and a half or are they paid as regular pay? Any links would help. I am in Texas and I know every state might have different laws on this. Thanks.

Wouldn't it be easier to just put a price on it and sell it for that price? We don't go thru all of that when purchasing cars or anything else. Where did this practice start?

I'm planning to enter a fitness contest and the winner receives a total of $50,000 in prizes which includes $40,000 cash, fitness equipment, and health supplements. Do the taxes have to be paid by the winner upfront, are they taken out of the prize money, or are the taxes paid at the end of the year? I may not be able to afford to even win the contest. LOL Too funny.
