I didn't find a J. Vanderhoven, but did find a F. Van Der Hoeven. The name can be spelled Vanderhoven, Vander Hoven or Van Der Hoeven (and a host of others too).

Realtor.com has a list of all active and officially licensed agents. Are you sure he is a licensed agent? Maybe better off doing a people search.
