Yes, I think so. Gov't aid keeps so many businesses alive. Its what kept the airline industry alive after 9-11. Otherwise they all would gone bankrupt and millions of people would have been out of work. Everyone from the air traffic controllers to the people who book the flights over the phone to the people who manufacture airplane parts and prepare the inflight meals. That would have been very catostropic for the entire economy.
