If you are asking what will happen if you skip the payment of your credit card debts in USA and go back permanently to your home land.
People used to do that till a decade back but a friend of mune who works for a big accounting firm says that nowadays all the credit companies are keeping some global records so there may be a chance where in you may not become eligible for credit elsewhere in the world too.
Also if you plan to come back at any point of time in the future they may easily catch you and charge you too.

If you have no money, you can't get far. If you try to put it on credit cards, they will track you down, and outside of the US, many of the laws will not protect you, your person or your possessions.

i am a us citizen , i live in mexico.if you dont pay your debts you will be reported in the us credit report, american express even reports bad credit to the mexico credit burue
