I plan to tell my boss in private, but at the same time I don't want to seem like a total snitch. If my co-workers ever find out I snitched on them, it might errupt into a snitching war.

At the time, we thought it was a good thing to do. Our monthly interest payment is $3,100. We can barely make the payments. We have four children and they have needs(things we have to provide). My husband works two jobs and we can barely make ends meet. Life is so tough - the bills and the stress. We had them in the market and nothing happened. We listed them online and we haven't even received one call. What can we do ?

You know, getting papers together, and putting them in order, and perhaps some data entry. Was it hard? What were all of your duties?

i moved into an apartment with my husband and a few friends a little more than three months ago and some of our things in our house are still not fixed from the "fixing up" process. we still do not have cabinets in our kitchen, however he recieved the cabinets about 2 months ago and just has not installed him. he would tell my husband and i that he would come on a certain date, only to go downstairs and find him not doing anything. also, the back yard is completely overgrown with grass up to my knees. he said that he has called a gardner, but a month later, he says the gardner hasn't called him back(fishy). the county even came to clean the side lot like we requested before he has. it's not even as though he is not here, he works on the bottom floor and is here 5 days a week. he even had the front of the business pruned and gardened. what can i do in order to get him to change things but keep things friendly? my husband and i remind him of these things, but to no avail. Help!

I co-own a pizza place and our pizza is the bomb. We just opened our second location and once word gets out and people try it the're hooked. We opened at the deadest time of year and just starting to launch our ad campaign. The new neighbor across the street from my house which is 20 minutes away and way out of our delivery area had his auto dealership try us and they are instantly hooked. They want to order every Saturday at 11:00 am. I give them 10% off like anyone who orders larger orders. I have also given him 2 free pizzas 2 weeks ago and now his dealership is hooked on those. Last Saturday he said he wanted me to bring him home a pizza for free for the hook-up. This is a $17.55 + tax 16" pizza. As co-owner, it costs me 10 bucks to the till if I want to take it home. I don't want to hurt his feelings anymore than I want him to get in the habit of the free pizza thing. In a week I won't "need" the business but I think they will still "want" it and so do I.

We would like to sell our home. Our home was very recently appraised at $228,000 by a home appraiser. Do you normally list the price of your home higher than the appraised value? What price would be fair?

I have looked at the PayPal site to set up an account, and have looked at their table to see what each account offers. It says the Personal account is "ideal for online shopping" but that the Premier account was "perfect for buying and selling on Ebay". All I want the account for is Ebay shopping, but that basically means shopping online. Which account would be better for me?

How does all the big companies get their products? Do they use a dropshipper or get it direct from the company, or overseas? How do they get all their movies? There are so many out of date, scams and useless sites offering movies and music in bulk. Anything real, & legit? Looking for a serious, reliable, mature answer. Thanks

You would think it's a no brainer: Get ten or twenty billion bucks and start a new car company with lower wages, less generous health benefits and no pension obligation, and you could sell cars for much less money and still make a profit. No more high school drop-outs making $50/hour!

Maybe Bill and Warren can start one!

My fiancee owns 2 pieces of property that have tripled in value since she bought them. However, we will probably sell them within six months to a year after we're married so that we can purchase property in the U.S.

Will the taxes be calculated on the appreciation since she bought them, or since we married?

Background - I live and work overseas and have been for the last eight years. I have no plans to return to the U.S. in the near future and neither will my fiancee.

For those who don't know this: American living overseas have to pay income tax. The U.S. is the only country in the world to collect taxes on citizens living/working overseas. Further, foreigners marrying them have to pay taxes effective from the day they get married. And that's without even a guarantee that the spouse will be issued a visa to come to the U.S.! Expat Americans (and their spouses) totally get a raw deal!

You preheat them in a microwave oven for just a minute
They stay hot (still hot after) for 1/2 hour
You can handle by the rim which remains cool
There is no competition anywhere in the world
