You are working and you are looking for another job. If you were to go for an interview, how do you arrange this, or how do you go about looking for a job whilte working. Usually, most offices have 8 to 5 hours, and the time they want you to come in for an interview will conflict with your hours at your current job. Also, if you don't have leave time left, what excuse do you give to your present employer for taking off to go to the interview? How do you elimiate/minmize this kind of conflict?

Ok, so I am selling on ebay and I need to offer international shipping. I sell sunglasses that when packaged weigh in at 4 oz. I do occassionally sell heavier items too. Now I could mail these items USPS airmail letter post, which is extremely cheap however I do not get confirmation of delivery.

PLEASE TELL ME A GOOD WAY TO SHIP

An example of a shipping problem I have recently had. I told I buyer I would ship a 3lb package to Mexico via UPS. The cost would have been almost $60. That is more than the retail value of the item. I ended up using USPS for $12, but no delivery confirmation.

I am low middle class income and I have to tighten my belt quite a lot to save 10% of my income for retirement. Most americans only save 1% for income. When I retire, I may have a lot of money, but apparently most americans will not. Which means I may be taxed heavily to pay for thier welfare and special programs. I know my Roth IRA is not supposed to be taxed again...BUT they have 30 years to change the rules and it could get taxed! Is there a way to ensure to my nest egg pays out to only myself when I am retired? Thanks!

I interviewed for a position at a company several months ago. At that time, the interviewer called me back to ask further questions and said his boss thinks I'll find a better job and quit very soon because I am a college graduate. The interviewer at that time said he'll call me back after reviewing other resume, but he didn't meaning he had hired someone else.

Recently, I saw the ad for same position at the same company on the paper. I re-applied. The same interviewer called me back to schedule an interview for the same position. I will be going in for this another interview after several months has elaspsed.

If you were in this situation, how would you interpret the interviewer's intention or his interest in hiring me? He seemed to have been interested the 1st time (but boss objected), and now after I re-applied, he called me back for another interview. Can you suggest right mindset or strategy to handle this another interview?

I am looking for a Network Administrator job in IT department. Do you know anyone that would hire me? I am a hard worker and very dependable. I am a quick learner. I'm almost done with all my Microsoft classes MCSE, MCSA and also going to be taking some Cisco CCNA.

I never worked as a IT guy but I seen how they set up the networks for the printers, and share drives. Please if anyone you know is willing to give someone new to the field a chance for a hard working, honest, punctual, dependable, stable employee then I am the write person for you.

I can email you my resume. I know this is not a good way to look a job but I got to give it a try.
