Yes, it is smart to save and it is fun to spend. That is true, however you must save first and then spend.Whoever starts saving first is a winner. Money earns money. "Compound" is a miracle.First you might feel pain, but before you know it,money is accumulate and saving becomes fun. Giving up something here and there becomes somewhat kind of joy.Do you know the words "automatic millionaire"? That is,no matter how small the amount is, say $50 you put it side automatic from your pay check. If it becomes $1,000 take out the money from your saving account and invest, such as stock, mutual funds. If you are Young about time you are going to retire you have a chunk of money and you can enjoy your golden age. Even before that you can face your rainy days without much stress. Ob course you must have some fun sometimes with the left over money.Having dept is very stressful things. Save, save, save while you can,you will never regret.

You should save it. However, I don't follow this advice, and I am way behind on bills. I recently got about $400 in free money, and instead of saving it, or paying off bills...I'm going to buy a TV. So much for my advice.

Find a happy medium.

Spend a little on yourself - if you're working for it, you deserve to have a little fun.

Even saving back only 10% each paycheck will make a heck of a difference if you ever need it for an emergency.

Okay... Let's think about this... If you die tomorrow, who will get your money and how much fun will they have with it? I say spend it. I have yet to see a hearst with luggage and your not going to take your monetary gain to where ever you go or don't go when you die... If you really want to do a noble thing, give it to charity, and if your like me, charity starts in the home... SPEND IT!!!
