I didn't put it there. But it has been a problem. Digging it and moving it. Digging it up and moving it again. It has also caused a problem with my neighbor. Long story but, bottom line, he has tried to shoot me. Should I disclose his actions also to any potential buyer?

Ebay raised listing fees for sellers. Both Insertion fees and Final Value Fees have gone up considerably. Seems like GREED-BAY is making more than the seller, while the seller does all the work.

I'm moving my inventory over to WAGGLEPOP.COM where the fees are fair. I hope enough sellers follow me so Bill Cobb gets the big message!

When I wanted to buy a car 5 yrs ago, the creditor said I needed my husband's signature. In the end, he was the owner of the vehicle and I was the co-owner. But when the car was repossessed some yrs later, the whole debt went on my credit report! What should I do?

I've been curious about this for sometime now. The "traditional", almost stereotypical idea of work are people in suits who go to work at a nice office or firm, and have one of many little square cubicles.

I see this all the time. And yet I wonder, what type of jobs actually invovle this? What type of work entails that seemingly universal idea?

And also, how many people actually work at jobs like that? When I think of work, I always imagine professors, doctors, lawyers, even real estate agents, who don't work in that manner, as far as I know.

Just curious. Thanks for any responses.

Okay. For starters, I hate my job. I'm a 35 yo, single-dad of two, with a mortgage. My job is a deadend. Before this, I was on my way onto something worthwhile but don't know if it's worth pursuing. I was accepted to nursing school but turned it down for the instant money. I'm looking at trying again but keep reminding myself of the 2 year committment. Is trying to find my bliss worth all this BS or should I stick with my loser job. Anyone else out there in a similar quagmire i.e. trying to find their bliss? Honest answers please.

Does anyone know the laws in Texas about your electric company disconnecting your service if you are late? I live in Dallas and it has been 100+ for the last 3 weeks and amazingly hot since mid-april. I live in a 650 sq. foot apartment and my bills are at least $200!!! I just can't keep up. Are they allowed to cut you off it is 100 degrees outside? I called to make arrangements, but they said no because I did not call the day before the disconnect date. I can pay next week, but what if they turn it off before?
