I think there is a town a little ways outside of Nome Alaska that are really cheap.
Think about what you are asking and where you are asking that question.
You want someone to tell you how you can easily make a lot of money, in your case through investment properties. If I knew where the best, cheapest investment properties are located, I would buy them myself, raise the price and then sell them to you.
Do your own homework and find a property that has a good chance of appreciating. Remember, it is a gamble.
