How does all the big companies get their products? Do they use a dropshipper or get it direct from the company, or overseas? How do they get all their movies? There are so many out of date, scams and useless sites offering movies and music in bulk. Anything real, & legit? Looking for a serious, reliable, mature answer. Thanks

Amazon and Overstock use completely different approaches to buying.

Amazon buys directly from manufacturers at regular large-lot wholesale prices.

Overstock deals mainly with retailers and wholesalers that have overestimated demand and ended up with inventory that is not likely to sell. So they buy this inventory at a discount to the wholesale price; retailers and wholesalers take a loss on this inventory, but they sell it anyway because they need space for stuff that will sell.

They purchase at a level that you probably won't be able to- quite frankly. Amazon/Overstock/Wal-Mart commit to manufacturers/distributors that they will buy "x" number of units or "x" number of dollars annually. Those dollars (depending on the product line) can range from tens of thousands of dollars up to literally hundreds of millions of dollars. However, if you're looking for sources for good surplus/wholesale product check these guys out: http://surplus.net/

Good luck,
