I bought a 2006 Ford F-150 in June. I just found out my girlfriend and I are having a baby. My payment is 560 a month for 5 years. If I were to let Ford have it back would I be able to get a car loan for something cheaper. I make really good money.

I have listed my property for 3 months with my agent, and it has not sold or got any offers. The contract period is for 4 months, but I have decided I cannot sell right now and would like to rent it out to this nice family. My agent is claiming I cannot do this because of the contract, but it's not like I am selling it with another agent, I just want to take it off the market and rent it to this family. Does the law really say that I cannot cancel the contract? Please cite your sources, thanks.

I have worked for this very small company for a little over a year. I love my co-workers dearly..they are amazing. However I don't really enjoy the work I do (hence being here on yahoo). A job doing exactly what I want to do is open at another company. I sent my resume. Oh my god though I feel guilt wracked. What should I do. What is better loving your job or loving your co-workers? If I do leave how do I break it to them.....this will be bad. They have spent a lot of money and time training me (well kind of..it's too small to have real training) and I know I'll hurt them.

There is one BP gas station in Ashippun, WI but I am looking to possibly open a gas station on the other side of town. It is a prime location due to commuters living in the area. What I am wondering is what suppliers are there that I can contact to get started.

I'm a local coffee shop supporter and I think everyone else should be too. Starbucks is the wal-mart of coffee shops, they are taking out the little guy and making crappy coffee, and so far I have only been able to find one blend that starbucks makes that is fair trade. Any way let me know what you think, and if you agree go out there and support your local coffee shop.

The Fuel Enhancer is a highly concentrated (8000:1) fuel additive utilizing dynamic liquid nanotechnology. Inside the fuel tank, The Fuel Enhancer is able to build an exceptionally stable three-dimensional matrix consisting of extremely small (sub-microscopic) nano-clusters, all evenly distributed within the body of the fuel. These nano-clusters are either physically, chemically or catalytically active (depending on the stage of the combustion cycle).

In an rented home, you wouldn't be responsible if the A/C gave out or to roof needed fixing, right. But when you buy a house, your not throwing a payment away never to see it again. When you sell the house, you'll get that money back, or atleast most of it.

Im already in full time employment and wish to work part time as a self employed courier. I havent done this type of work before and also have never been self employed so im not sure wether it is worth it. I have phoned a company and im told that i would be paid 65p per parcel delivered, considering petrol costs and the fact that it doesnt matter how many times you try to deliver to someone, you only get paid once it is delivered and also whatever tax i need to pay myself, whats the average take home pay?

I’m a 33 year old male living in Scotland, I worked in IT for around 7 years supporting users, building systems and finding solutions to software requirements,

I got a job setting up a Document Management dept at a multinational company, I did everything they asked of me from sourcing hardware and software within budget, set up ISO procedures, meeting customers and securing large contracts, but when things started taking off I was pushed to the side in order for the MD's secretary to take the management role and reaped the rewards of large salary, car, laptop mobile etc.

I got really disillusioned with it all and eventually they asked me to resign.

To cut a long story short I took a manual job and done my back in pretty badly, so now I want to get back into IT but I don’t know where to start.

Any suggestions or is it too late.

I was just served papers and am being sued regarding an unsecured loan that I had to let lapse about 4 years ago. With interest it's accumulated to around 6K and I am STILL in no place to pay it; I am full-time student working a part time job.

I remember being told by a friend when I moved to Texas that they can't garnish your wages let alone sue you for an unsecured loan. Can someone guide me where can I find out my options in this situation?
