i understand that some creditors off insurance for loss of a job, but i was curious if insurance companies would have an offer to cover all bills ie; car payment, house payment, credit card payments for a monthly fee.

I have decided to start a business doing something I really enjoy. However, I am having difficulty naming it. I had a hard enough time naming three kids, lol. I am planning on opening an ebay store and doing a blog or website. Anyway, I bake cakes, pumpkin rolls, Christmas cookies, cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and cookies rolled in sprinkles and such. Things like that....baby shower favors, etc. I appreicate your suggestions. I like clever and whimsical yet simple names...lol...I am so demanding right? Please help if you can!

Oh, brother, I am having a heck of a time with these jerks at the collection agency.

I moved out of my apartment in June 04. I didn't call the power company to put the bills back in the apartment's name. I didn't know at the time that it was necessary. I was told by the collection agency that I owed the power bills for July, Aug, and Sept, and possibly Oct, they couldn't tell. They said I could have the apartment complex fax a copy of my old lease to them, and that would probably be a sufficient dispute. I called the apartment, they said they'd take care of it, but they never did. That was early July 06 when I first got the call from the collection agency about this charge that's 2 years old!

Today the agency called back and said that they never received the lease fax, and that my 30 day dispute period is up, and I now owe the money (140 bucks). Even if I proved I moved out, who is legally responsible to pay the bills? The apt would have kept the power on if it was vacant.

Hey everyone,
Does anyone know specifically the criteria to aquire a Black Card? Please, I'm looking for a specific answer that you know is correct. I don't want a speculated answer. I have done extensive research on the web and now I'm looking for answers that people know are 100% certain. Thanks!

What do I have to know about doing this?

Do I pay any taxes through what I sell?

My supervisor's desk is about 25 feet away from mine and he farts all day long. He acts like nothing happened but I can hear them. I can't smell it but it really grosses me out. Should I say something to him? Should I say, "Hey quit farting over there!" Or should I ignore it?

I was wondering what is appropriate business attire for the legal profession.

Does material matter? I have a few 100% polyester suits that are conservatively styled, dark colors, and are fully lined. Does it matter that they are not a wool blend?

Are 3/4 sleeve blazers appropriate for women to wear to an interview/work?

Also, is a dark charcoal brown color suit acceptable?

Thanks for your help!

My fiance and I are starting to make purchases for our wedding, and we have heard of people getting a credit card to make the wedding purchases and getting some kind of reward, cash back, bonus, or free airline miles.

Has anyone heard of this? Where should I look or how should I search to find out which one to go with? Thanks for your help!

I only been 2 months in my new company. Now i'm 1 month pregnant. That's mean before i reach a year in my new company, i'll be giving birth to my baby. I wonder my boss will fired me because i have to take up maternity leave before i am 1 year in this company. Will he? I don't want to lose my job. And by the way, this company has a few partners. Even if i discuss with the big boss, i afraid the partners might not agree of me having a maternity leave though i did not play much important role in the company. What if they rather take up a new person to replace me and i will lose my job. I can't afford to as i will be losing my income partly to support my husband too. My problem is, i'm very afraid the boss will fired me as pregnant lady will bring problem for the company such as going for medical check-up and maternity leave. Please help.. i'm worried!

I re-read the extension form and it says 6 months, so that would put the deadline at 10/15... but everyone I've talked to says no, it's 8/15. If you know the answer, please let me know. I've never filed an extension before so I'm just freaking out a little. :)

Should I continue to pay? The bank still has title to the car. The balance is maybe $5000, $232 a month, automatically debited from my checking account. Should I negotiate something with them, or get them to correctly report to the credit bureau that I have been paying the loan on time. Or does it make more sense to stop paying altogether. It's a 1998 Dodge van.
