Yes. What do you want to know?
The current exchange rate is about 1600 / US$1. The trick is finding a bank or currency exchange that will buy them at anywhere near that. They are nearly impossible to sell as anything other than a collectible.
Anything you may have read about investing in the Iraqi dinar is total BS. Here is an excellent web page discussing that:

People are selling them in large quantities saying that they are worth pennies on the dollar and once Iraq's economy stablizes the Iraqi Dinar will be worth a fortune. Say you buy $250k Dinar for $250 American. If the economy improves and the value reaches that of the American dollar or surpasses it you can become rich. Many banks and investors have made large fortunes buying the money from Countries when war breaks out and the value bottoms out. Once the value regains they are rich. I would not invest in the new Iraqui Dinar because it is a transitional note and is not expected by experts to regain value, that is why so many people are trying to get rid of them and cut thier losses. If the value was going to make people millions believe me they wouldn't be selling them. The theory is that the old Iraqi Dinar was worth $3 US, and the new one will reach that price. Not so. Sadamm inflated the price and it was not regulated by any exchange commision, so it was actually worthless and the new one is as well.

Yes, my brother brought some back from Iraq. They no longer have Saddams picture on them but rather buildings of historical significance and pictures of Iraqi scenery. They are quite pretty.
