protect idenity theft they turn me down 75% of the time? I work for a big name company and the service we offer is top notch and it is only $9.95 a month to help someone make sure that no one else uses their name and to help them keep up with their credit. I only close about 25% of the people I pitch this to. Can anyone out there tell me why they dont think it is worth $9.95 a month?

My boyfriend is looking to purchase a townhome. We are planning on living together. He suggested to me that he wants to put the home in his name, but wants me to help with the mortgage, but I would have no ownership. He says he doesn't want to co-own. But I don't want to feel like I'm paying rent to him to live with him in a house he bought. I think if I'm paying for a part of it I should have some ownership in it.
What are the different options one has in a situation like this?

Your answers are greatly appreciated.

When I hear on the news they are raising interest rates to slow the economy and inflation, what do they mean? How does it effect inflation and does inflation ever go down?

Help! I have 1 month for my small healthcare business to do our 3 year strategic planning session. We have about 30 people, and like all to participate. We're a fun-loving group, but a bunch of smart people, though not necessarily business minded. Any ideas or resources to make it more interactive? Get all involved? Have the best results of a plan at the end of the day? Make everyone feel as though they've contributed?
Resources?

Ok everyone i'm in a pickle i threw an idea for a redesign of a product out to a few people and now for some reason I have larger companies wanting me to demo this product. I have all the plans to build it just not the material to build it. My question is how do I raise the capital for materials that will be around $2,300.?
Yes credit sucks thanks to the exwife.
And yes one company is ready to negotiate a deal if product does what I say it can.

Our son is preparing to marry a girl who owes about $3500 for medical care. It's been on the books for more than a year, she hasn't been able to pay anything on it, and she has elected not to respond to any collection efforts. He has worked hard to develop a good credit history, with the intent of purchasing a home someday soon. Will her poor history ruin his credit, and what recourse does he have to get this resolved before they marry? (He doesn't have the money to pay this bill off for her, but I'm not sure how much that would accomplish since she is already so far in arrears.)

Hello,
Maybe someone can answer this question. If I developed an online website that became popular, would I be protected under a website "CopyRight" from someone infringing on my name or would getting an old fashion "Trademark" on the name be better.
I see popular websites that do not have a "Trademark" but they do have a Copyright on their site.I did search www.uspto.gov to verify this.Anyone have any info on this.
