I have a full time job as a nail care specialist which I love but W/ all the tax, health insurance, products, tips etc etc taken out I don't have much left. I'm trying to pay off my car and C/C but it's kinda an impossible thing to do when I'm having to pay for other stuff too. I'm wanting to earn more $, but don't want to have to get another job...I've done the whole 2/3 job thing and almost killed myself doing it. Right now that's the only thing I can think of doing, but I would rather find another way of to earn xtra. I'd like to work from home maybe but want everything to be ligit!! Any suggestions??

(Xinhua,Aug 11, 2006 )BEIJING--China needs to drastically expand its supertanker fleet to safeguard the security of its oil supplies, sources said Friday.
China is now the world's second largest crude oil importer. Imported crude accounts for 43 percent of its consumption. But over 90 percent of its imports are currently transported by foreign oil tankers, the Shanghai Securities News reported Friday.

The setup is both economically and strategically unsound, it said.

China has begun to build a strategic oil reserve system, but a strategic transport system is equally important, the newspaper said.

Li Lianzhong, an official with the central policy research institution, said, "To safeguard the security of national oil supplies, at least 50 percent of crude imports must be transported by our own supertankers."

Talk to me, somebody. I'm a new REALTOR and my manager is NOT training me. It's hard because guess what I do for a living? I'M A TRAINER!! So, tell me what is so great about your company? I have a hunger to learn and I'm in an office with heavy hitters with blinders on... it's not doing me any good trying to learn in this place. I'm too ambitious, creative and hard working to be spinning my wheels, wasting my postage and ink and making so many mistakes (I've learned to LOVE them!) like I am. Help, fellow agents! p.s. not looking for advice... I'm taking classes, I have an extensive library, I'm doing opportunity time, selling myself, farming, etc. I just want to know about other brokers. I interviewed with KW in Chicago, I'm in Ohio now and I carefully chose a great company, but a manager who's a heavy recruiter but annoyed by new agents. Whoops.

The eviction notice was given to me on the 20th of June and becuase I have section 8 I cannot leave the premises until I have been served with a petition from the court. I spoke with the landlord today and he said that he would go down to the court on Monday to file the petition. What I want to know is if I am liable for the full months rent in August considering the fact that if he collects rent from me for the month of August that the 30 day notice is voided due to the collection of rent after he served me to be off of the premises in the 30 days?
