I've always been facinated with real estate and the local college is offering the required course to obtain your real estate license. Is this a good career path? Is it hard to get started and get established?

For those who don't know, the term "Flipping Houses" is when you purchase a house, fix it up and sell it for more money to make a significant amount of profit. Does anyone know if this is a good road to take? A high risk? A low risk? Have you had experience? Tips and Knowledge? What can you tell me about it? I would like to know because I'm really thinking about doing this.

Hey everyone. I have been thinking a lot lately about what I want to do when I grow up. I am 13 almost 14 by the way. Lately the job, architect has been fireing in my mind... I really like the fac that you can design houses. I have never thought I had a talent, untill tonight when I relized designing and decorating houses. You should see my room, if I had enough money it would totally be the coolest room. I heave GREAT ideas for houses and stuff.

So my question is, is what do you need to really major in to be an architect? (Math, science etc etc) And wht is the normal salery? Do you think it would be a good job for someone like me or would somehting like interier decorating be better... Or maybe both? Please answer my all my questions and dont answer with stupidity with something like "who cares" or w/e.... thank you....

Well My best friend of 12 years and I moved into a apartment. I was informed it was just going to be us living there. Well a month after we moved in her boyfriend moved in. He has been living here rent free and doesn't help out at all. He is always fighting with me, etc. Well, her mother decided to take over all the bills etc against my will and lets him stay over without paying rent. I was wondering if there was a way to get out of my lease or if there was a easy way to have him take over the lease.
