1. A term I call "E-Alerts." Much like fax memos, but sent via Email. I send them to other professionals who provide business and services with the same clientele as myself (only we are NOT competitors). I send them updates in the law and any changes that may have an affect on their clients. I send these out at least twice a month. It always keeps my business in the front of their mind.

2. Brainstorming with every single employee in the organization. The best ideas have come from brainstorming meetings.

3. creativity comes over time if it's not a natural trait for someone. I always encourage and try to build confidence in every employee.

4. greatest challenge is converting the employee's ideas into understandable terms--so that

5. MOTIVATED (always be sure to keep the employee's motivated--sometimes using incentives), always takes initiative, self-starter

6. Yes....b/c they have a creative way of thinking about things. I've found that most creative people almost immediately want to implement their new ideas.

7. If it's an idea that is not going to generate profit or new business for the company, then I let them know that, but I always make sure they understand WHY it won't work. However, I try to always find an aspect of their novel idea that is "on the right track" and where they are on the way to the right way of thinking.

8. Yes....innovative especially.

9. I try to schedule a brainstorming meeting once a month or at least a few weeks before we implement a new marketing plan or office system. It's the best way to get new ideas from EVERYONE in the office.....we can all feed off each other's ideas.

10. I don't really know what your goal was in asking these questions. What EXACTLY were you trying to figure out for your business class? What's the main topic you are covering for this assignment? That may have helped me answer "better" according to the goal of your assignment.

Using a video email as an advertising and we are working to organise a video broadcast to organise a web based ‘tv’ to attract customers

Be open to new ideas, never think that you know everything.

We moved the employee from the position if the painter and decorator to the estimator and doubled the income. Also use a thanks gifts from the company to the family of our employer – eg. To celebrate the completion of the successful project we give away tickets to the show for the whole family, weekend away, or some romantic experience like a gondola tour around a harbour for two.

Motivate people, be open if all issues, admit when we are not right and don’t let them count your money.
Work and time efficient, see the problem and looking for the solution, give suggestions on techniques, work schedule, constantly looking for education to improve own skills and knowledge

Yes the their innovations are of the greatest benefit to the company. Also the laziest people are often very innovative, it usually only directed to help themselves in the short term instead of the company in general are their long term benefit.

I give them required resources and let them implement the idea, also they get the pay of the extra income we generated as a result of it, and this is in addition to their normal salary.

Some of them yes

Ask and listen to their opinion. Make the work place fun and pleasant place to be.

What industry are you in? What company?

Good luck with your assignment?
