Not much a 13 yr old can do besides babysitting, there's yard mowing. But, if your parents allows you on the computer, and if you're that good, what about typing? Are you a good typer? If so, perhaps go to the local college/highschool in your area... there's always kids that do not have a computer and have to have their papers typed up for reports. There's a lot of good money in that. But as your parents about that first!
Good luck!

Sure, you gotta prove that your worth the price though. If your good show them you are. Like fixing there problem for a preview if you do they pay you if you dont then that sucks. You could also do chores around the house as an allowance.
