Yes it is although that credit score is lousy . If you have good references and been at yoour job for a year and show an income that says you can afford it they will probably rent to you . You may have to put up 1st and last months plus a months deposit . That is how we rent our apts out to people with bad credit .

If your income is sufficient to pay the rent, its always possible. You may have to come up with a lager security deposit than someone with a higher credit score.

Apartments don't base it on credit score they base it on if your income is 3X the cost of rent or more. They look at your rental history and references. You might need a co-signer if you don't make 3X the rent.

FIX YOUR CREDIT, PAY YOUR BILLS

Try renting from a friend or family member. Dont give up. Just WORK hard to make your credit good. You can do it and you DESERVE it.

If you've worked locally for at least a year and have never been evicted for non-payment of rent, then you should be okay. If your former landlord will give you a reference, you'll be fine.
