By investing US dollars DIRECTLY into a foreign denominated mutual fund ( Say an Italy or Russia based Mutual fund comapny)does this give you higher returns than stated on their prospectus? Higher returns because it might be more speculative ?

Mine do. I work between 50-70 hours a week. It seems like I live here. But I have done the same thing for the last twelve and a half years and don't want to give up what I am doing to pursue another career. It really sucks because I feel stuck. I can really relate to the song by Nine Inch Nails "Everyday is the Same".

What is the holding company and what is the purpose of it?
Obviously, its some kind of legal entity.

However, Im not sure exactly the reasons why they are set up. Many large publicly traded corps have hundreds of these.
Just curious why they are set up this way...Jurisdiction, legal, tax?

Whats the main reason? Im looking for more than some texbook definition...I want to understand the practical reasons certain companies use them, and the logic behind it.

I have been burned before by web sites that just list the time share and don't push to sell it. I have also had it listed with a broker for the past year without any results. I just want to get out from under the loan. I want to find a reliable source that can successfully sell the time share as soon as possible.

I have two possession of cannabis charges from over 5 yrs ago. I never got convicted of either charges and they are in the process of getting expunged. However, I recently got arrested for a DUI and I am 100% sure I will be dropped of the charges after I go to court.
