Swordfish. Both fastest fish in the seas.

Grass carp and orf's are fast
But the fastest is my mother in law - the old trout.

Well there's that Asian fish known as the Snakehead, if you'd ever watched one feed you'd know they are fast and brutal.
Sharks aren't exactly slow, either.
