I have been burned before by web sites that just list the time share and don't push to sell it. I have also had it listed with a broker for the past year without any results. I just want to get out from under the loan. I want to find a reliable source that can successfully sell the time share as soon as possible.

Sorry to tell you my friend, you are screwed. My husband has one. He was trying to sell it when I met him and he paid some scamming company $800.00 for a guaranteed listing that if it didn't sell he'd get his money back. He kept lowering and lowering the price and nothing! Soon there was no one, the place vanished! No forwarding address, nothing! And sure as heck no $800.00 returned to him. BEWARE... Best bet is to ask around your family and see if anyone can help you out, by taking it off your hands. They are so retarded though sometimes, your timeshares will probably have it's own FEES for transferring ownership. Sometimes it might be better for you to find out where people are going and offering to sell them your week/s but most of the time there is a fee for this also(50-100). Sorry, sucks to be timeshare owners.

Good luck with that. Timeshares are a terrible investment. The secondary market is so bad that hardly any brokers specialize in them at all. Given the poor market conditions there's little incentive for them to spend any time or money marketing them for the few who will even take the listing.
