I took a massive pay cut at my job and am going to have my house foreclosed on me. I've filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy but, have another prospective job that will pay very good. I could afford another house if I got this job. How can I get another home loan after filing for bankruptcy and having the foreclosure plus a couple of reposessions. This all happened at the same time.

well he acted like he liked us and all, and i gave him my landlords phone number and me and my current landlord get along well so i asked my landlord if the new landlord called him yet and he said no. and we saw the house thursday and its saturday and the new landlord said hell call monday with his decision...

we told the new landlord we had all rent and deposit upfront we make well over enough to afford the home..
anythoughts on this???

I have a large bank barn on my property. The upkeep of the property is an ongoing cost. I find that our barn is to the point where it needs help soon or it will fall. Does money ever fall from the sky through the gift of an annonymous giver? Already have home equity loan. Any ideas or generous people? I know this is a long shot yet a serious question.

OK,
so there are all these flipping shows now.
Buy a property for 500,000
Put in 50,000
sell for 900,000 in 4 months.
and they say the person made a 350,000 profit.
but that is not reall true? right?

don't they have to pay big taxes. because they did not hold on to the house for 2 years?
dont they have to pay for sales tax?

anyone know in this scenario what else would be paid out?
