well he acted like he liked us and all, and i gave him my landlords phone number and me and my current landlord get along well so i asked my landlord if the new landlord called him yet and he said no. and we saw the house thursday and its saturday and the new landlord said hell call monday with his decision...
we told the new landlord we had all rent and deposit upfront we make well over enough to afford the home..
anythoughts on this???

once you've decent income and money in fee reductions why lease once you should purchase? frustrating to say what the owner will confirm. there are any such large type of issues that are out of your administration. you'llchronic your self loopy wondering about it. do not call him. He stated he'd provide you an answer with the help of Monday. in case you commence bugging him now, he would imagine that you will be a discomfort contained in the butt as a tenant.

don't be shy and give him a call asking about his decision.
when i rent my properties and my prospect tenants meet my standard check- credit history, they work and previous landlord don't complain about them much. you should not be worry. maybe he will not call your landlord at all ,and rent the house to you anyway- is his to do what he please. call him if he don't call you on Monday.

i hope you get it just don't get your hopes up too much when me and my mom were looking for houses to rent we would get all excited and plan where we would put the furniture and then when they told us we didn't get it it was a big let down. good luck
