Local chambers of commerce have phone books or contact local phone service provider. If you don't have one look in a friends phone book and there should be a number to contact the company to send you one. Hope this helps.

Step 1: Go to local Kwik-E-Mart.
Step 2: Ask to borrow phonebook.
Step 3: Exit store with phonebook while clerk is ringing up a blueberry squishee for another customer.
Step 4: Drive hastily away. Remember to have left engine running in Step 1.

Mine are usually delivered in June of each year here in Ohio , the phone company hires individuals to distribute them . If I didn't get one I'd call the number on my phone bill and complain or ask the to see that I get one.

The phone company should just deliver one to everyone. You can check your local library to view their reference copy. There are also like a million yellow pages online.

You should be able to call the yellow pages, or your local phone company and ask them to send you one.
