Is there any company that is willing to give their old computers to a school. We live in the USA in the south.

go to an apple store and ask them for old computers!
they will give you them

Check with large businesses in your area. When you call, ask for their computer department that's in charge of PC's. I know that a local grocery chain in our area does this - they have donated used PC's to a non-profit I work with.

Lots of companies do this, but you'll have to contact many one by one, until you find one thats willing to help you.
