I'm applying for a job at a Veterinarian clinic. They said that I’ll be helping with grooming, cleaning up the place, working in front, helping with shots, keeping and organizing the files there.

I can't even think of anything. I want to be a Veterinarian when I get older so some of this will help me. I just can't think of anything for objective, and this will be my first Job.

I'm 50,000 in debt with student loans, however, I have managed to save about 20,000 with a credit score of 820. I recently signed up for a foreclosure listing site but a lot of the homes were dated or no longer available. I was also pre-approved for a mortgage loan of 300,000. My other question is....Can I purchase a foreclosed home with the loan I was approved for or do I need "all cash" to do so?
Also if anyone can refer me to a great agent who deals with foreclosures in California would be awesome...:)

it has recently came to my attention that i was assigned as the beneficiary for someone up on their death, however i have no family in the us, or anyone affiliated with this bank , they say they cant disclose who its comming from, but that account has been in my name even before i started doing biz with this bank, im curious to death anyone any ideas of how this could of came into my name?

assets, other than the $5000 of equity of my house. If I just stop paying my credit cards, and wait out the statue of limitations, will the debt go away, regarding the credit cards? I live in the State of Ohio.

I can live with out the "just pay it" and "get a life" remarks. Please only helpful answers. I don't need to know if you think I'm terrible because I can't make my ends meet.

If someone get to the point of having filed bankruptcy, then gets more bills they can't pay, and still looks for the answer in even more loans just to pay the bills that are overdue, how can you help them?

They go to check-cashing companies to get money to pay a bill, then can't pay them back on time. I've tried to point out how much money they're losing in interest and late charges but it doesn't seem to be getting through.

I was driving down an interesection with a green light. The speed limt on the road is 50MPH (whohhooo Irvine!) A car came in from a cross street (which had a red light) made a sharp right turn on to the road, cut across 2 lanes(without a turn signal) and came in to my lane. I braked and honked my horn but couldnt stop in time and ended up rear ending him. There is minor damage to my car. Is it still my fault? Can I still file a claim with his insurance to get my repairs. Thanks!
