Try to find a job with perks, such as a good discount. Like if you have a thing for shoes, get a job in a shoe store for the discounts. If you need clothes, work in a store where you can get a good employee discount.
You might even consider working a couple different jobs just for the employee discounts.

The best answer to your question is what do you like to do. You are looking for a part time job and if you are lucky you can get to do something you like. Look at the service industry if you like talking to people. There are places like Staples, Best Buy, Home Depot or Wall mart that hire people part time. If you are looking for a full time job you should check out placement agencies like Addecco as they will test you and help you find a job

You could try and get a retail job or sales job. Because if you get a job anywhere else and sales experience it looks good on a resume and you will be able to get more jobs that way.
