Thanks for the answers. Here is what I did last week.

I called the Collection Agency and explained that I was unemployed and I didn't have any assets. I told him that I wanted to pay $100 a month. I have a relative who can help me with this. The CA wanted a lump sum and I explained I couldn't do the lump sum but I could do the monthly payments. He became rude and hung up. The debt is for $2000 with Capital One.

So should I just try calling Capital One Monday? I have a return and answer date in court scheduled on Tuesday.

I saw a website in the employment guide, that said type from home and earn up to 15-50$ per form you complete. In order to sign up for that, I have to pay about 97$ one time fee. I even visited the website, and they said it's not a scam and it really works. But I would like to know if anyone has tried this before?
Thank you

Back when gas was .90 a gallon, premium ran about .999 a gallon (or roughly 10% or ten cents more) than regular.
Regular is now going for $2.70 here, and premium is still only 10 cents more (not 10% or .27 more).
Is this all due to supply and demand? What else could it be? Just curious what all of you think.

Gas has hit 3.00 a gallon here in central Florida
My last tank I bought on Friday was 95 dollars and it will last me one week. Or about 600 miles.I also put 25 dollars a week in my 4x4 truck to go trail riding in woods. So my total gas bill is about 130 dollars a week
Luckly my truck is paid off so I can afford it.
How is gas effecting you? and do you believe the economy is going to take a dump soon?

Going through these pages, I am very surprised at the number of people who don't, for whatever set of reasons, seem to be able to get a job. Because they don't usually mention age, experience, education, etc. I have concluded these are for the most part kids or young adults. Obviously there are some adult/mature people who are between jobs. But, our overall economy is alright at the present. A significant number of jobs are being created. Why are you having trouble getting a job?

I will kind of be living in two states (going back and forth) for about a year. I am thinking HSBC might be a great solution because the interest rate is quite high and it appears a lot easier to get money out of than at Emigrant Direct. How do you like HSBC? Does it have any downfalls?

He right down the wall from my cubical and the d--n thing is propped up so you can't miss it while walking back.

She is a blonde and has these big staring eyes and an "O" mouth.

Pretty sick if you ask me, you know?

Her "pal"--the cubical owner is the company bookkeeper and even the owner is scared of him because the owner doesn't know where our funds are. The bookeeper won't tell me and gets very unhappy when threatened with termination. The owner has tried this but the bookeeper says he has stolen nothing and he just could forget where our bank accounts are.

Obviously, Shadrack has us all over a barrel, you know?

So, when all the passion sounds and this plastic squeaky sound starts up in Shadrack's cubical, we all pretend there is nothing unusually going on but it's SICK--I TELL YOU--IT'S SICK!!!

Decent people shouldn't have to put up with this!!!

The doll's name is Sally, and I have to admit that she's kinda cute for being plastic and vinyl.

What's your advice

If you found a wallet loaded with cash that also contained the owner's Identification, would you track him down and return the entire thing? Keep the money and return the ID? Or not notify the owner at all? Why?

It seems like a lot of responsibility. A lot of regulations. A lot of effort. And not that lucrative.
And chances are your business will fail.

Currently my credit score is very low as i did not make any payments since1999 and so on because of which 3 of my Credit Card companies charge off, reported loss or Cancel/Closed the accounts, and they in turn sold them to Collection companies who are reporting them every year to the credit bureau, by which my account looks so bad most recently they reported in December 2005, I know it's my mistake and i want to repair it, Some one told me that even if i repay the whole thing still it does not help me as the history of past 5to6 years still remains the same in you history is their any other way which helps me in repairing my credit, Please advice me a good solution.
