He right down the wall from my cubical and the d--n thing is propped up so you can't miss it while walking back.

She is a blonde and has these big staring eyes and an "O" mouth.

Pretty sick if you ask me, you know?

Her "pal"--the cubical owner is the company bookkeeper and even the owner is scared of him because the owner doesn't know where our funds are. The bookeeper won't tell me and gets very unhappy when threatened with termination. The owner has tried this but the bookeeper says he has stolen nothing and he just could forget where our bank accounts are.

Obviously, Shadrack has us all over a barrel, you know?

So, when all the passion sounds and this plastic squeaky sound starts up in Shadrack's cubical, we all pretend there is nothing unusually going on but it's SICK--I TELL YOU--IT'S SICK!!!

Decent people shouldn't have to put up with this!!!

The doll's name is Sally, and I have to admit that she's kinda cute for being plastic and vinyl.

What's your advice

First, the company will be liable if anyone filed a sexual harrassment lawsuit or even complained. That is certainly a hostile work environment. Why should any other employee be subjected to that?

Secondly, the boss can hire an accounting firm to come in to audit the books. This may help identify the funds and their locations before the Bookkeeper has a chance to move things around or hide them.

Extortion or threats should not be a reason to keep an employee around. Accept responsibility for the situation and make it stop. That is the ethical thing to do.

Hmmmmmm......... Are you really telling the truth ? You sure it isn't YOU who has this doll ? Advice, tell your boss. Say that it isn't professional & that what he does @ home is his own business. If he wants "company" he should have a small stuffed bear on his desk. Write him an anonymous note suggesting that he take the doll home & bring a small stuffed animal to put on his desk.

Take pictures and sue for sexual harassment if the boss of the place doesn't do anything to fix it. That sounds even sicker that Mr. Blow-up - a boss afraid to tell an employee what he should be doing. If the lawsuit is successful - please send me an email so I can send you my address and you can pay me half in gratitude for your early retirement.

The females of the office can actually say it's a form of sexual harrassment. Otherwise, it is bad workplace ethics and he should be reported.

Put every complaint in writing.

Talk to your boss or supervisor about this. If this is true, this is highly unprofessional.
