If you sent money and got nothing in return, take the original letter to the postal authorities. If you haven't sent any money, throw the junk away or line the bird cage with it.
If someone sends you a "gift" in the mail and you did not ask for it, you are under no obligation to send a donation or to pay for it.

Just delete her e-mail. Don't respond, as that will give out the information that yours is a good e-mail address. Eventually, they'll give up sending ads to your e-mail address if they don't get some indication that it's an active address.
