I saw a website in the employment guide, that said type from home and earn up to 15-50$ per form you complete. In order to sign up for that, I have to pay about 97$ one time fee. I even visited the website, and they said it's not a scam and it really works. But I would like to know if anyone has tried this before?
Thank you

Okay at the risk of repeating myself- if they require that you pay THEM to start out (especially at that cost) - steer clear. The only person that makes money on that is the person you send the money to.

Of course they are going to tell you it is not a scam. They want your money. I have been looking for work at home opportunities for a while and most (not all) are shady. If you want to know about the company go to Google. In the search bar type the name of the company and the word scam. Do the search and see what people are saying about it. In my experience, most people will say, I sent them my money then could not contact them. I never got a job. They won't answer my emails. Etc, etc, etc...... Do your research before you send anyone money. Why would you want to pay someone so you can work for them. Aren't they supposed to pay you.

Of course the website's going to say it's not a scam! Do you think they'd admit it? Never, ever pay anyone for a job because the only one making any money is the person taking it!

Those are almost always scams. I don't know of any that aren't. The legitimate type from home businesses usually require some form of typing education, such as a certificate in transcription, or whatever it is that they are looking to hire you for. To see if it's legit, got to the better business bureau and see if they have a record of them. There should be a seal of approval from them if it is.

This is a scam. A legitimate job opportunity never asks for an up-front fee. If you go for this you'll be out $97.

legit company will ask u to pay for the registration fee but should not be that expensive, that is ridiculous.

U have to check the company corporate profile too..
