Self employment is an excellent avenue for many people to fully express themselves and utilize fully the untapped entrepreneurial energy usually trapped by an uncooperative boss.

It is a lot off responsibility and many business do fail so to make the load lighter that's my its better to go for a franchise.

And remember that with the extra responsibility, regulations and effort come greater financial rewards if you have done your market research well. The reason certain ventures are not lucrative is that inadequate market research was done. Many would entrepreneurs make the error of trumping up the potential of their business idea and it turns out not to be so in reality.

If you finally take up the challenge of being your own boss, take up ventures that are not capital intensive to set up and have cash-flow in the shortest possible time, because ultimately good business is a stable cash-flow.

It's true that a lot of small businesses do fail. But it's also true that many do not. What you may not understand is just because you have one business that is not a success, if you keep going you will succeed.

It's a ratchet effect so to speak. The ratchett is designed to keep things going in only one direction without backing up.

A failure is just one more notch toward the final goal of success. So you are never really failing, you are just moving forward to the next notch. Toward success.

Get the picture? think about it.
