how does it work? Is it cheaper than normal rent?

What happens when a negetive remark (ie: Charge off) falls off the credit report after 7 years ...does it lower the credit score or swigs it higher .If the debt is never paid?

Two months ago I sent my art to a US greeting cards company, and I finally got an answer (unfortunatelly they don´t want to use it now). Well, I´d like to know how can I say "thank you for the feedback" in a very professional manner and letting them know that I hope to work with them in the future. I know the question may sound really dumb, but since English is not my native language I´m having big trouble to write this message. Thank you!!!

The work environment here is very unpleasant because some days people are pleasant and some days they are not co-workers
just complain about bosses some days they say good morning and
some days they ignor you when you say good morning

They have being calling and calling every day & everyday I told them the same thing, they are saying that they haven't receive a payment since April, which is not true because the only payment that was late was the one from July which I allready send last week . I have in my bank statement that, the checks from May & June have being cashed from the same company. I have told them the same thing about this checks & the last time I spoke with a representative he even called me a liar.. Which I didn't like at all, I haven't beeing working my 40 per weeks due to my pregnancy & some problems that I had with blood pressure but I'm trying to send my payments on time except for July it is late only a week.. That is no the problem, then thing is the way the last guy treat me & the fact that it is not "reflecting" the check that I send ... Is there anything I can do to clear this out maybe a letter from the bank w/a copy of who cashed this checks?? any advices!!!

i received a check and called the number. i was told to deposit the check in my account and once it cleared to send a certain amount via Western Union or Moneygram. This check is to pay taxes and handling fees. No money out of my pocket is the point. Once i notified them i had sent the money, it would take 7 to 10 days to get my winnings. They even sent $143.05 extra for the cost of the moneygram. Where is the scam here? i am really leary, but don't see what the catch is yet. Can you tell me what's the catch?

I am considering starting a business which will have the need to import full (and sometimes half) containers of product from overseas locations and/or Central/South America....I am trying to put together my cost estimates and would like to know where i can go for additional information on the costs associated with importing product from various countries. I work as a computer operator in a small, two-person office. The computer that I use all day is the only one in the office that is hooked up to the Internet. My Internet history records indicate that when I leave the office for the evening, my boss is using the computer to visit pornographic web sites. I figure if this was being done on his own computer, it would be his business. But assuming the activity that accompanies his porn surfing, and his jizzy hands all over my mouse and keyboard is a bit unsettling when I sit down at my desk the next morning. The other day I even found one of his pubic hairs next to my box of tissues.

I'm not sure how I should deal with this. Bringing up the subject with him would be very awkward and difficult for me to do, and would likely create an uneasy and strange working environment/relationship between the two of us. And trying my best to ignore it would only mean he would continue his evening "ritual". Any ideas?

how long does it take for the money to be available by transfer money from one account to another? if you have direct deposit, when will the money be available? my employer deposits the money on Fridays.

i have an online savings account with them and it takes 3 business days to complete the transaction with non-hsbc accounts. The money is taking out of my non-hsbc account the first day and not available until the 4th day. that means i lost 3 days of interest per transaction, 26 times a year, that's 78 days, more than 2 months of interest got lost thru the process!!!

just wondering if it's worth the time to open an account with them to speed up the process.
