They have being calling and calling every day & everyday I told them the same thing, they are saying that they haven't receive a payment since April, which is not true because the only payment that was late was the one from July which I allready send last week . I have in my bank statement that, the checks from May & June have being cashed from the same company. I have told them the same thing about this checks & the last time I spoke with a representative he even called me a liar.. Which I didn't like at all, I haven't beeing working my 40 per weeks due to my pregnancy & some problems that I had with blood pressure but I'm trying to send my payments on time except for July it is late only a week.. That is no the problem, then thing is the way the last guy treat me & the fact that it is not "reflecting" the check that I send ... Is there anything I can do to clear this out maybe a letter from the bank w/a copy of who cashed this checks?? any advices!!!

I agree with pinkgoddess725, get your bank statements that show your payments.

Then call and demand to speak to a manager. Don't speak to those flunkys that answer the phones. Tell the manager what the situation is and how you were treated, I hope you got the name of the person who was rude to you. If the manager gives you the run around, demand to speak to his manager. Take it all the way up the ladder if you have to. (I have done this myself in the past)

Once you get someone who actually knows whats going on, get things worked out with them and demand that they send you something in writing that proves they have been receiving your payments in a timely manner.

Specify a time limit for them to send that to you. Be sure to get that persons name, address etc. If you don't hear from them in the time limit, write them a letter and include everything you have talked about and that you are still waiting on that letter.

While you have that manager on the phone, and you have finally worked out that they were not only wrong about the payments but that they should also realize their hireling was making your life miserable, milk it. Request that they "do not report" that late July payment to the credit bureaus. Request that they give you a credit limit increase without doing a hard pull.

P.S. The person who had called you may have given you a "desk" name. They use fake names sometimes when they call people. So, if the manager claims that no such person works for their company - tell them that the name the person gave you must have been a desk name because that was the name that was given to you by an employee of their company.

Get copies of your bank statements and speak to a manager about the rude treatment and demand repurcussions for the rep who was rude.

Get caller id. This way you don't answer any telephone call that is not familiar. Let them leave a message. If their message is nasty and cruel. You probably can bust them with a lawyer. Trust me, they are no dummies in leaving a message so nasty and cruel because they would be leaving evidence behind.

Just DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
