The work environment here is very unpleasant because some days people are pleasant and some days they are not co-workers
just complain about bosses some days they say good morning and
some days they ignor you when you say good morning

You're going to run into that problem where ever you work. But if you still want to leave...get another job first! And when you do leave your current job....leave on good terms. You never know if you'll cross paths with the company/or people in the future.

I hope everything works out for you.

Any place you work will be like that. Deal with it, people are not nice all the time and they don't have to be. You don't need a letter of resignation, you just need to find another job and quit. Be prepared though, any new job you get you might run into the same type of problem. They already have their "cliques" and you are new to them.

You don't need to explain why you are leaving.
Keep it simple and to the point:
Mr/Ms. So-and-so,
This is a letter to let you know that I am resigning. My last day of employment will be 08/07/06.
Regards,
Jo Smith
