That's the Housing and Urban Development website run by the US government.

Don't waste your money on pay sites, they just give you a copy of the free stuff from the government. The government doesn't copyright these listings, so it's perfectly legal for them to do this.

anything repossed or foreclosed will not be free. You will need to pay the bank the amount remaining on the property.

Try the banks near the area -- they're the ones most commonly repossessing anyway.
