I work with this guy named Nawder. And I always catch him staring at me from his desk, and im a male.?
He just looks at me like i dont see him staring, but i think he might be homosexual?!?!? and im extremely homophobic! Should I get him fired or kick his fairy ***?

Why would you kick his A** without even confronting him first?
Human beings are capable of communicating in many ways, so why not try speaking to the guy? Just a crazy thought.

If any of these steps succeed, skip the rest.
1. Tell him it bugs you, and to please stop.
2. If that didn't work, tell him (slightly politer than this) to knock it off.
3. If THAT doesn't work, take action, and try getting a different desk, if necessary, or just ignore him.
4. If necessary, take legal action, and report him.

Move your desk or have a conversation with your girl friend on the phone and tell her that you love her.
Maybe he will back off knowing that you are not homosexual

Well kicking his a$$ would get you fired. Next time he looks at you, point to your crotch and lick your lips. Then if he approaches you, scream that he is sexually harsassing you! Hopefully someone else will overhear him speak to you however no one would believe you would do that even if he says you did. I am gay however it is gross to sit there and stare at people... especially when you know they are straight. Stupid h0m0!!!!

Just ask him if you can help him w/ anything. That should let him know that you are aware of his staring & he'll probably stop. Besides, just b/c he's staring @ you doesn't mean he's attracted to you. He may think you are funny looking. (just a joke) ;)

Stare at him back and ask if he has a problem. If he keeps staring, then kick his a$$.

If you can put something in the direction that he's staring so he wouldn't see you....or just ignore him, if he keeps doing so, then you either need to say something to him or report him to HR or Management!

maybe he thinks that you are starring at him....maybe he's thinking the same thing as you are.
Or maybe he's just lonely and wants to have a staring competition!
