I am legally renting a place for business, he is not legally selling because it is illegal to sell in a sidewalk. so he can be caught everyday by the police. my profit went down because of him. He is a thorn in my flesh.what would you do if you are in my place?

I guess the person with the highest CBR score is the one who determines the rate, but would both people on the loan have their CBR scores affected? My credit is worse than my wife's, but I am wanting to get my credit back on the positive path, and we co-signed on an auto loan. Will this help me at all, or will it be my wife who gets the CBR boost?

I recently transfered to a new city to go to school. I will be graduating in December. I now live with my Father, but plan to move out no later than 3 months after graduation. I want to start saving, now for an apartment so that when the time comes, I can be all set.
The monthly rent is no problem. I don't want to pay no more than $400-500/month not including utlities. I am still not sure if I want a room mate or not, but I think that would be easier since I plan to go back to school in about a year.
Is there a set amount that I should perhaps aim to save b my deadline?
For example, I was told to save up at least 3 months rent before thinking about sasving for furniture and things like that.
Other things I may need to save up for: furniture, utlities, luxuries(cable, internet), appliances, kitchen ware...etc.

I paid off the back mortgage payments and lawyers fees on my home and now I am selling it. Im looking for an apartment and several I have looked at reject you if you have a forclosure on your credit. Since I stopped the forclosure will it show up in my credit as a forclosure or as a late bill that has been paid?

lets say if im the only one who serves the food and cleans tables and has "direct table contact" how much of the tip am i entitled to? i need some clear facts to present to my employer so i can scare him into giving me my fair share. he is telling me that he plans to give a percentage to all the cooks inside, but isnt that not legal because they dont have table contact

I'm considering buying a property that has gone up about about 50,000 dollars in the last 6 months. It's a studio apartment with the W hotel chain. They increased there prices by 50, 000 dollars per unit. The project will not be done until 2009. They say they will increase there prices by another 50,000 by year end. The price of the unit is 558,000 and it about 525 square feet. Should I take the risk?

I'm married and 28 years old. I currently own a large amount of a small pink sheet stock, have a small 401(K) from a previous job, own a home, and make an above average salary.
