I'm at 6.25% fixed. I don't need cash out, I just want a lower rate if its possible, on fixed terms. My credit is 730, and I can show my income.

Imagine a world of totally electronic banking, where cash has been abolished. How would you rob a person? Force them to buy you something at gunpoint? It wouldn't work anymore, would it?

I have been asked to document a complaint about a coworker. I've never had to do this before. I want to know what is the appropriate way to format such a note. Can it be general, or should I be specific? Should it be longer or shorter than 1 page? Should it be typed or handwritten (& signed)? How much information about myself can/should I include, so as not to risk false incrimination upon myself?
I have six months worth of examples and reasoning for my complaint. Should I explain everything or just focus on the most recent incident?
I am being asked to write my complaint so that disciplinary action can be taken to prevent further incidents.
I want to be precise and i want to be fair. I have only been asked to write about one particular co-worker (at least to my understanding), however fairness would require mentioning others and their unwillingness to cooperate as well. Should those people be included in the write up?

I am experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Does anyone know how I can earn extra cash? Are there any recommended quiz sites that people may compete and win cash based upon intellect? Are they (or any other e-businesses) open to prospects outside the USA?

I have a 2000 dodge durango 4x4 that I bought 3 years ago. I was very foolish and I paid 17,000 for it, which I still owe about 15,000 to the credit union that gave "my mom" the loan because I have bad credit. The car is worth way less than what i owe on it, and I sometimes cant make the payments, which only set me back further. Right now my car is not shifting into 5th gear. Can I try to purchase a different car, using this one as a trade in, and still get lower car payments on the one I want to buy? Considering I would be using my mom to sign on my behalf. I just want to get myself into a much smarter situation financially when it comes to this car.

We will have ongoing financial responsibilities in the states and we want to work with one financial institution that will facilitate transactions conveniently. If anyone has a suggestion or professional relationship(s) that they would recommend, we would appreciate any guidance.

OK...this is for all the cube rats out there. Do you think the fluorescent lighting you have to work under is affecting your mind? Specifically, affecting your ability to read or do the simplest of tasks? Such as:

"I can't open the door..."

"Someone stole my car stereo, 'cuz I left my car unlocked and the window down..."

Bin marked "Confidential Company Scrap Only", but you still put your old bank books, snotrags, birthday cards, WalMart receipts, last year's Hooter's calendars, candy wrappers, etc. in it

Parking in someone else's reserved parking spot

Bringing a camera/letting visitors take pictures against company policy

I'm talking about the everyday, ordinary cubicle hamster, not managers (since we all know they're brainless anyway, and have some poor schlub do their dirty work for them). I mean, how hard can it be to put a piece of plastic in a recepticle marked "For Plastics Only" that's 18" away from the one used for paper only?

Just wonderin'...
