Turnkey is a buzzword meaning that everything's provided for you. If you buy a turnkey business, you're getting everything you need to get up and running right away.

FOB is a shipping term that tells me who pays for the shipping of an item, the buyer or the seller. For example, Suppose I buy an item from a supplier in Ohio and I'm in California. The supplier ships the item FOB Ohio. This means that I have to pay to get it from Ohio to California. But if the supplier shipped FOB California, then the seller is paying to get it from Ohio to California.

Some will pay shipping part way, such as FOB Nevada. In this case, the buyer pays the rest of the way.
