our restaurant has started inforcing the 100% of tips, but the waitress/waiters are wondering why they even clock in to work, when the paycheck is always 0.00. Does claiming all mean you get it back at end of year. I've been waitressing for along time and have never had to pay in.

It is nearly impossible to get employment in Kentucky. I never graduated high school and when i realized i messed up, i went back and got my GED. Furthermore, I recently got a surface minning training card. I would like to find a freekin job soon... anywhere. This question is mainly for Kentucky. Do you know where any surface jobs are that hire greenhats?

I never sue anyone eventhough I lost millions! but still the Lord Jesus is gracious to me and keep on blessing me. but it became a tradition to them that it is all right not to pay me because I don't mind. eventually I don't give credit anymore. but the existing credits, do you believe I need to sue them?

hi, i was wondering if anyone knows how to write a reference requst letter. Im currently working now and have another job that i want to take, but she needs to call my boss. I have a 1 year lease. I have been here for 6 months and I am always on time with the rent. I rented the apt. telling the landlord I needed a quiet place and this has been anything but.I wrote him and talked eye to eye, most of those college students and their loud parties left, except one and now all is quiet, however I decided to transfer to another state some time back and this was a partial reason why.Can I get the deposit back as well do not be concerned for any more rents? As well there is no bedroom a/c as he said it would cool from the bottom unit and I wrote him of that and no reply and can't sleep there. PS; I am no kid.
