I never sue anyone eventhough I lost millions! but still the Lord Jesus is gracious to me and keep on blessing me. but it became a tradition to them that it is all right not to pay me because I don't mind. eventually I don't give credit anymore. but the existing credits, do you believe I need to sue them?

A suit is a form of justice for your case. Just like someone who stole from your business would go to jail, you can sue them for what they have done to you. I don't think that a suit would solve your problem in a decent way, but it is all about how you feel about it. I'd take it to a civil court.

You know, I'm sure if you ask your fellow Christian friends in your congregation, they will tell you to turn the other cheek.

I'd say, with all my heart, and deep honesty that you would be a fool in not doing anything about it. It's like, you're letting them control your business as they are controlling you by not paying you back. You do what you must to protect what God has given you, you'd be a fool not to take care for it.

I'm not Christian, nor belong in another religion, but it is just my point of view. Who would not call the police if their home is being burglarized, or their kid kidnapped? Only because you're Christian? I don't think God wants you to be a fool, but be a smart Christian.

appears like you actually do not have a lot sympathy for the youngster, that you're only worried about your husband. It takes 2 people to deliver a newborn into this international. i do not get it? Why do adult adult males imagine they can help create a newborn with easily no idea about having the sex yet then only walk away wondering that he might want to no longer might want to pay a dime to help his own newborn? He may be broke. yet he in a roundabout way manages to devour, dress himself and doubtless has a roof over his head. he's surviving one way or the different. So why won't be able to he help his newborn? possibly the mummy of the youngster has some major medical expenditures or funeral expenditures and different expenditures that favor to be paid on behalf of the youngster. both pay up or stay in reformatory.

1 Cor.6 vs 7 says we are not to take a fellow christian to court before the unbelievers-vs. 7 says thee is utterly a fault among you, because you go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded. see also Prov. 20:22 and Mat 5.39. this does imply, however, that you can sue a non=believer but it is a personal decision under God's given guidance. hope this helps.

Our Lord also says it is bad to creat a debit and not pay it. It is your legal right to sue. Exodus 22: 6-7

Even the bible has a tax collector....If someone owes you money, they are in the wrong...not you. Show you have a back-bone.
What would Jesus do? Just let it go? No, he would send someone to ask nicely for the money that was due him.

If someone did not respond, we would be disappointed and probably forgive him, but I guarantee he would get his money.

There is a differene between forgive and forget....you do not need to forget.

Forget Jesus, and sue them. Don't waste your time waiting for people to return your money and hoping god will bless you. Life doesn't work that way.

well first off, it is one thing to be christian and it is another thing to let people screw you over. There is a difference between not being greedy and sharing what you have with those that are asking, but by letting people screw you over you are not holding them to their excellence... They are your brothers and by screwing you over they are becoming dark inside, and you are allowing that to happen. If someone agreed to terms and you did your best to work with them and gave them opportunities to fulfill their obligations then it is not on your hands.. You did you duty by being benevolent in trying to work with them.

That's a tough one! The Lord's prayer says "forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors...." This is something that you need to delve deep inside yourself to figure out. Try praying for the answer!

I think you should pray on it.
Go the person that owes you and remind him and give him a deadline...if he doesnt pay you by then take him to court.
