What is most recent if you have two jobs? The last one you worked at today?

On a resume, the place that currently employs me or the place I left employment the most recently. Outside of the resume, I would consider the things I do at home to be the most recent. It's just as fast paced and hard to complete as the tasks I'm getting paid to do.
