The late payments are reported. Generally the late fees, that were created due to the late payments, are not reported.
I say generally because that is the norm. There may be a scrooge of a company out there that may report late fees. But, I've never heard of one - yet.

After 30 days, yes, it can be reported to all 3 agencies. Additionally, your creditor is holding the unpaid late charge in your account and (probably) very happy to add interest charge to that amount which is just going to keep increasing your balance and hurting your credit rating the longer it stays unpaid.

call then and tell them you under no circumstances received a bill.... you cant pay some thing you dont study. exceptionally considering its your first charge you weren't precisely positive of the due date and how a lot to be paid, and so on. call for them to deliver you a reality intimately... with once you paid your charge, once you accumlated the late prices that way you will locate this. upward thrust up to a manager in case you could. in the different case dont pay it because God is conscious what type of monetary corporation it truly is... i have under no circumstances heard of them. And why is a monetary corporation dealing with a JJB interest save cc? in case you owed some thing the cc business enterprise may call you, no longer a monetary corporation... the only time banks call you is in case you took out a private loan or have a motor vehicle charge, and so on.. no longer a cc! good success!

you need to be careful. If the unpaid late fees cause you to be 30 days late, it can be reported. Otherwise, no.
