this is very important to me to find out . in the house that we are renting , we were having trouble with the breaker box . we couldn't have a dryer on because the electircity kept shutting down . several times even with the microwave , it would cut all electiecity off . we told the landlady about it and she said ok , we'll see what we can do . the breaker box was a very old one . we have lived here for an year and a half , no complains even though we needed better screens on several windows. a man was send to paint the outside house , only did partial cause he was always drinking beer while painting and it was never finished . still we did not complain . i've heard , i'm not to sure that landlords whether it's renting a house or an apartment , has certain amount of money a year to do repair in the tenants house . what we did was replace the breaker because we were afraid that it was fire hazzards and could cause fire . after telling the landlady not once but twice , she not doing

I make pretty good money, but you wouldn't know it by my paycheck. I get 1/3 taken out of my check for taxes and health care expenses. What can I do, besides buying a house because I can't afford it yet with 1/3 of my paycheck being taken out, to have less taxes taken out? I am a single woman with no kids and own no property. Help me please.....

I recently landed a new job, which I was really excited about. I was told in my prior overview of the job, that there would be supposed 'training classes' and I would be 'properly' shown how to do the job. Well on my first day, it just so happened that I was scheduled BY MYSELF and left to learn the job on my own. If that wasn't brutal enough, whenever I would make a mistake the other employees would get annoyed or laugh at me like i'm stupid. I'm just like, It's my first damn day people!!!

Has anyone ever been in a similar situation??????

almost enough to make me believe in a god, do I take the 'money' (not actual money) and run or be responsible and not screw over my current employer? everyone wants to learn something on the internet. things that need hands-on training like landscaping, nursing, lawyer ect. use to be that you go to school to learn these things. most the people who take these online course get cheated out of their money anyways. come on now..., if you were an employer would you hire someone who sat at a computer all day and watched videos on ladscaping? i think not, you'd want the guy who got his hands dirty and actually put in some hours. same goes for any other carrer. why are people so lazy?
