Endowment Policy Claims?

Anyone made a claim because their Endowment Policy has not made what they were promised?

I need advice on how to make a claim, where to go for GOOD advice.

I need sample letters to write to the compamies involved.

Got any good advice, ideas or sources?

convinced i claimed repayment, i went to the agency whom i have been given the endowment from they investigated and paid me off. I were given so a lot more suitable lower back than i had paid in for a 5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous endowment coverage.. Use the only which advertises on the television or attitude the agency the position you purchased the coverage, in the experience that they don't except duty for promoting you a coverage that ought to favor to not were bought you need to take the count more suitable.. see CAB...

if you feel that information regarding any insurance policy was misrepresented to you so that you would purchase it, then contact you insurance commissioner and make a claim... they will tell you how to proceed. there is something called errors and ommissions, this can be claimed against any insurance agent. see if you have an e and o claim. call on insurance commissioner, they are elected and are advocates for the public.

If you try to do this yourself you will fall flat on your face - you need legal advice - endownment claims are complex - there are lots of companies dealing with endownment shortfalls - look on the net and one in particular advertises on TV.
