Depends on what kind of company it is. I supervisor in the Hotel industry would do the same thing a regular manage would do but he or she would be paid hourly and not be salary, which could be better be cause they would still work the 12 hour days and make there hourly rate plus over time. But a manager would do the same for salary rate. But the manage would have a better title...
