You could set yourself up as a freelance accountant or book-keeper, depending on qualifications (as previously mentioned). This way youre not tied to one company. Good luck!

For someone WITHOUT an accounting degree and qualifications (accreditation with relevant organisations)... bookkeeping is a great one to do.
For someone WITH all that... the sky's the limit!
