I am a managing broker in COLORADOand the easiest and best way in my opinion is to go to www.vaned.com cram for 4 weeks and pass the test. The chose a company that trainsnew agents. Do not get caught up in the hype of Kellerwillams or coldwell banker - most of thier agents fail miserably.

If you are interested give me a call, my new agents do great.

Contact the Realty Board and/or Realtors in Colorado and they will guide you through the process. You will have to take courses and get a license.

Like in all the other states, you have to go to school, pass a state exam, and be licensed.
